Are you thinking about becoming a Yoga Instructor and would like to talk to us about your Yoga Training Pathway? We provide a Level 3 Qualification to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to plan, prepare and deliver safe and effective Yoga sessions. Our qualification is on the national framework and recognised by CIMPSPA. We have experienced Yoga Instructors who deliver our training with a mixture of online and contact time so that you can maximise your learning and get the support to get you to where you want to be.
What do I need to become a Yoga Instructor ?
Learners must have a minimum of two years experience of participating in yoga classes as you need to be able to perform the Asanas and postures and need a good level of physical fitness.

Good people skills and a willingness to develop your communication skills to be an effective Instructor
Course syllabus You must complete the five mandatory units (38 credits) that cover
Underpinning principles of teaching yoga
Anatomy and physiology for yoga
Planning a series of yoga sessions
Health and safety of yoga
Teaching a yoga session
Assessment You will also be required to complete:
Portfolio of Evidence.
