We provide a Level 3 Qualification in Spain and the UK to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to plan, prepare and deliver safe and effective Yoga sessions. Our qualification is on the national framework and recognised by CIMPSPA and REPS and endorsed by Active IQ. We have experienced Yoga Instructors who deliver our training with a mixture of online and contact time ( Covid-19 restrictions permitting) so that you can maximise your learning and get the support to get you to where you want to be. We believe in supporting you on your authentic path to Yoga whatever that it is for you. Your course tutors are trained in Hatha, Zenyoga, Ashtanga, Vinyassa Flow, Resorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Mental Health awareness and Pre and Postnatal Yoga.
What do I need to become a Yoga Instructor ?
Learners must have a minimum of two years experience or 50 hours of participating in yoga classes as you need to be able to perform the Asanas and postures and need a good level of physical fitness.

Course syllabus You must complete the five mandatory units (38 credits) that cover
Underpinning principles of teaching yoga
Anatomy and physiology for yoga
Planning a series of yoga sessions
Health and safety of yoga
Teaching a yoga session
Assessment You will also be required to complete:
Coursework/Project.
Portfolio of Evidence.
Reflective Practice.
