Private sessions are tailored to the individual and can be conducted in the privacy of your home. They are suitable for anyone who would like a more specialised focus to their Pilates and Yoga practice. Rachel also offers classes in those overcoming illness, revering from surgery, dealing with back issues or feel they need a new insight into their body.  Sessions start at £30.00 in the Blyth area and vary according to the service you require.
