Laura is dedicated to guiding her students towards a deeper understanding of breath work as a foundational element of yoga and mindful movement. With over 10 years of teaching experience, Laura believes that breath is not only the essence of life but also a powerful tool for transformation. Laura has a playful character and brings fun to the mat. Through her guidance, students learn how powerful breath can be in reducing stress, improving mental clarity, and cultivating inner peace. 
Offering students a journey that’s both physically rewarding and spiritually enriching, cultivating inner awareness alongside physical strength. 
Drawing from years of practice and comprehensive training, Rachel specializes in mindful movement flows and restorative techniques that honour both traditional wisdom and contemporary understanding of the body. Rachel’s thoughtful guidance will help you discover your path to balance and vitality, embodying the perfect balance of strength and serenity. With her nurturing, heart centred approach and deep understanding of movement, she creates transformative spaces where students of all levels can explore their potential.

• Really enjoyed the Pilates sessions as there were lots of emphasis on technique. Has really helped my back pain and posture. 
• The mix of Pilates and Yoga was wonderful and loved the cocoa ceremony. 
• Loved the range of activities including Pilates and Yoga, breathwork, trip at the beach and of course the spa treatments. Food was exceptional.
• I really enjoyed the practices and the free time to relax, reflect and recharge. Having the massage was a lovely treat. Laura and Rachel work very well together and really focus on the experience of a diverse group.  
• You both did an amazing job on creating community and giving people a chance to connect at different levels. Well done ! Loved the food, cinema night, Calpe excursion. I loved that this was a yoga retreat  but included so much more…friendship, exercise, new experiences, amazing cuisine. An experience I will never forget.
